Description

In November 1903, the Newaygo tried to escape a blinding blizzard and ran aground on Middle Bank. Today, she rests in a trench between Middle and Northwest banks.

This is a shallow and relaxing dive . The wreckage is scattered, the main portion lies flat on the bottom (note the massive size of the timber used during construction). Excellent site for all levels of diving experience. The open conditions of this site require suitable weather.
